The technical committee for the Doha Diamond League meeting held its technical meeting yesterday evening at the InterContinental Doha – The City hotel, the athletes’ accommodation, chaired by Al Hamad, head of the organising committee, with Mohammed Jassim Al Kuwari, Secretary General and deputy meeting director, and Abdulhakim Al Omari, head of the technical committee, in attendance, along with the technical delegate, general coordinator Ms Battina, the champions’ managers, and other technical staff including officials and race organisers. The meeting approved the competition programme, confirmed participation, and briefed everyone on the Doha meeting’s technical and organisational conditions, as well as hearing some queries from the athletes’ managers
