The technical committee of the Qatar Athletics Federation announced the holding of the “National Technical Officer (NTO) course” during the period from 2 to 7 March.
A webinar on “technical and logistical preparation of venues and equipment for athletics championships” will also be held during the period from 8-9 March.
The course will be delivered by international official and lecturer Ahmed Al Tanani.
The course registration fee, including full-board accommodation at the Marriott Hotel for participants from outside Qatar, will be QR 3,500.
Following approval from Mr Issa Abdullah Al Hormi, the federation’s secretary general, the technical committee has prepared all the arrangements and preparations for organising the course.
The technical committee said those wishing to take part in the course must fill in the participation form, with the deadline for receiving forms to confirm participation set at 22 February 2022, to allow the committee to handle visa and other administrative procedures.

As for the webinar on “technical and logistical preparation of venues and equipment for athletics championships,” it will be held via the Zoom platform, with a participation fee of QR 500 for everyone.
The deadline for filling in the webinar participation form is also 22 February 2022, in order to complete all administrative procedures.
