Our champion Ashraf Amjad Al Seifi expressed his pride and delight at the gold medal he won yesterday in the hammer throw at the Asian Youth Championship, saying: “I am extremely happy with what has been achieved, but I am looking forward to more in the future,” affirming that he has important commitments in the period ahead, most notably the World Championship to be held in the United States next July, hoping to live up to officials’ expectations and add more medals to his tally and to the Athletics Federation’s, which provides him with everything, noting that he has a training camp in Germany in a few days as part of his preparation for the World Championship, and that he hopes to deliver further successes in the future.
