With feelings of pride and world glory our world champion spoke with overwhelming happiness and said .. honouring my country is a debt I owe .. affirming that this world achievement was a motivation for him and his fellow soldiers of Qatar to achieve further achievements and victories on the road to sporting glory in bringing honour to their country at the greatest world events, and said .. yes, it was a fierce battle among the giants of the high jump to win the bet, and thank God who granted me success at the World Championships and added: “Without doubt, my next goal will be to achieve a new Olympic feat, God willing, for my country at the Rio 2016 Olympics, and I dedicate the world achievement to the Amir of Qatar and to HE Salah bin Ghanem Al Ali, Minister of Youth and Sport, and the Secretary General of the Olympic Committee, and Major General Al Hamad, captain of the ship of Qatari athletics, and all his colleagues on the board of directors and the lovers of Qatari sport” .. pledging to everyone that he would give his utmost to honour his country and repay his debt to the leadership, extending thanks and gratitude to everyone who had supported him in his sporting journey until he achieved this breakthrough and these achievements for his country and the Arabs.
