Abdulrahman Al Noubi, a board member of the athletics federation, expressed his happiness at Qatari athletics’ new achievement, saying after the men’s team was crowned in first place: “We are pleased with what our champions achieved, and although I wish we had won more, at the same time what was achieved satisfies us, especially since our national team is still at the beginning of its long journey in the pursuit of many more achievements, especially at Asian or world championships.”
Al Noubi stressed that Qatari athletics has always presented the best image at every event, and that our brothers in Bahrain contributed to the success of the Arab event, hoping there will be outstanding participation for all Arab champions in upcoming challenges.
