Abdulhakim Al Amri, Qatar Athletics Federation member and a member of the Arab and Asian federations’ technical committees, praised the achievement of our champion Abduljalil Al Mannai, stressing that the bronze medal is an auspicious start for our national team’s delegation, confirming Qatari athletics’ ability to shine under the toughest circumstances, despite the many absences due to exam schedules.
Al Amri said: “We expect more from our champions in the upcoming races and events, and we have great confidence in all the champions taking part to achieve more over the next two days, God willing.”
